Super Move - Day 3 - December 27th

Sunday morning. Church wasn't until 11 so we got up and headed over to see Granny. We only got to visit with her for a short time, but it was so great to see her. Granny is a "dog person", nice try Jim.

We used to live in the same ward as Jeff and Kirstie so it was fun to go back to the ward and see our old friends.

After church we went North to see Jim's cousin, Jon. He lives in Tremonton so it wasn't much of a drive that day but it got us just a bit closer to our goal. It was back in the car after a day and a half rest, so we needed to slow Danny back into the idea of the car. He meowed the whole way.

He was not very happy with us.

Jim tried again to pawn Dan off on his cousin...but when we walked into the house we found out that Jon was allergic to cats. He did have a cat though. Except their precious cat was staring at us through the kitchen door from the outside. She was not allowed in the house and it was freezing outside. It didn't help that she looked just like Dan a few years ago. Plus, he joked that he might have to take out his own cat for not catching enough mice. Um, no thank you...I will not be leaving my Danny with you. In fact I might need to have Dan sleep with me in the bed until we leave.

We had a great night sleep and were ready to go the next day. Canada, here we come!
